All services can be customized to meet your pets' needs

We require a minimum of one visit per day for cats.

We require a minimum of two visits per day for dogs.

No extra charge for multiple pets.

No extra charge for last minute bookings for clients with key and contract on file.

We reserve holidays for our current clients.

We typically need at least two weeks notice for new client bookings.

We accept cash, check, or Apple Pay.

50% of payment due at beginning of booking.

Balance of payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

FEES:

Returned check: $40

0 - 24 hours notice: 100% of total booking due

24 - 72 hours notice: 50% of total booking due 

Keys can be retained by Jen's Pet Sitting for future visits. Keys will not be marked with your name or distinguishing information and will be stored in a key safe.

If you prefer the keys to be left at the last visit, please leave a note with instructions on how to secure your property. We will only leave keys in a location where we can retrieve them in order to re-enter the property should your return be delayed and your pets need additional attention.

Key return requiring an additional trip will be charged at $10.00 per occurrence.
