Welcome

I recently heard someone say that I was spoiled, and they obviously don’t know what that word means. I’m not food! What I am is discerning. And opinionated. It’s completely reasonable that I, as a tortie, should expect special and unique toys just for me. No two tortoiseshell coat patterns are exactly alike; I’m made to be unique, and therefore I might understandably have different standards. But that doesn’t make me demanding. I like good catnip, fun shapes, and not too many extraneous details. You know, just the important stuff. Made just for me.

It’s no surprise that I also believe I should have seasonal toys that rotate through my toy box during the year. People have all these various names for holidays, yet I’m pretty sure these particular days are all about me and THAT is worth celebrating. That may seem overindulgent, but I’m willing to share! Besides, I do have a lot of toys that are getting in the way of my naps. At least I don’t have to be jealous; since the toys are handmade, each one is still special with its own character. Just like us cats.
